At last! We have the whole school elephant parade.

My latest project at Silver Springs Academy, is to produce elephants for every year group. This is a community project between Scapa in Ashton, who are supporting us, and Silver Academy. We used newspaper, Scapa tape, papier mache, and paint. The children then had class lessons to produce art work to decorate the elephant, once made.

The elephants get bigger with every year group so the year 6 elephant is absolutely enormous!

I painted this to put up for auction at a charity event for Poynton Lacrosse. Let's just say it made more than I would have asked for, so great result for Poynton Lacrosse!!
